the Fundamentals of Purely Nutritious Life starts with a single session (usually 60-90 minutes) of in person or video style discussion in which we will

  • Create personalized goals for each aspect of a purely nutritious life; these include Mental Clarity, hydration, intentional movement, nutrition, and gratitude.

  • Break these goals into bite sized pieces and set a realistic timeline in which you will reach them

  • Build an actionable, step by step outline for each goal

  • Curate a host of resources for you to use to create sustainable habits around each of these goals.

and We will continue to work together, on a time line that fits your life schedule, and build your purely nutritious life together. Accountability is a huge key to your success and I will be there for you every step of the way.

You will also be welcomed into the Living Purely Nutritious Facebook community for additional accountability and support from others who are also seeking their own purely nutritious life.

Step 4. At the scheduled time of your consult, we’ll consult! We’ll use the opportunity to make sure we’re the perfect fit before you commit.
