How do we get from where you are today to food freedom?  

when you work with me, we will work together in a variety of ways and I will give you the tools you need to be successful.  Here is what this will look like…

  1. The prep work - I want you to be fully confident in what whole30 is and how to be successful during whole30, before you get to day one. to do that, we will spend around 2 weeks getting familiar with the program, During these two weeks we will…

    • ensure your kitchen and house are ready for whole30

    • discuss the need for and create a self-care menu and routine around positive self talk

    • set the first 2 weeks worth of menus

  2. The whole30 program - whole30 has the power to change your life and i take this very serious. I want to be sure that you have all of the tools you need to see that change happen.

    • Weekly accountability calls - I find it best to chat via phone 2 times each week to ensure you feel confident in your day to day choices.

    • open line of communication via text or email on a daily basis

    • Weekly focus emails to give you a little '“pick me up” at the start of each week.

    • the Whole30 Day by Day Journal by Melissa Hartwig, Founder of Whole30, to give you a place to log your daily thoughts - we will use this resource during out accountability calls.

    • we will work together through the meal planning process of set your last 2 weeks of whole30 menus.

    • Thorough Reintroduction discussion - are you into the Fast track or slow roll method?

  3. reintroduction - the entire reason for doing whole30 is to learn and that is what we do during reintroduction.

    • fast track is a 10-12 day reintroduction process in which we work through the suggested reintroduction schedule and are able to be very specific with food choices and see your reaction to that specific food. *this is the common reintroduction schedule and is the reintroduction schedule that is included in the price below

    • slow roll is the process of reintroducing foods as they come your way and seem “worth it” to you.

      *the slow roll option can be added on for an additional charge

    • We will continue our accountability calls through out the reintroduction process - yet will increase these calls to ever three days - this will allow us to talk thoroughly about your results after each reintroduction period.

  4. Transition to food freedom - once you have completed your reintroduction we will schedule one last call in which we will review your results and discuss what food freedom will look like for you.

You can do this.  Sure, there will be hard days but sometimes we have to go through hard to get to easy! Leading a healthy life takes effort, motivation, and focus… I will walk with you every step of the way to ensure you have the resources, understand the reasons behind and make necessary changes, all while building sustainable habits to live in food freedom.

And before you know it - you will be walking in food freedom and leading your own Purely Nutritious life!

Step 4. At the scheduled time of your consult, we’ll consult! We’ll use the opportunity to make sure we’re the perfect fit before you commit.

Step 5. Then we’ll get started! If you decide to work with me, I’ll tell you the exact steps for getting started. If you decide not to work with me or if we aren’t a perfect fit, I’m happy to share other resources to help you get what you need.
